Intense yellow or white color with slight streaks, with firm flesh as sweet as its fragrance, late ripening. These results are mainly due to the production technique, unique and closely linked to the area where it is grown, which involves bagging, with paper bags, each individual peach while it is still on the plant.
This technique has become the hallmark of production and contributes to making the Pesca di Leonforte IGP a unique product in its reference sector.
